7. Client Service Terms

Exclusivity

Rankdental operates a one clinic per area policy. By signing a client service agreement, you receive exclusive rights to Rankdental’s services in your specified geographic area for the duration of your contract. Rankdental will not provide services to a competing dental clinic in the same area while your contract is active.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about your clinic, services and target market
• Granting necessary access to your website, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console
• Responding to specialist communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Reviewing and approving content within agreed timeframes
• Notifying Rankdental of any changes to your clinic, services or business direction

Service Delivery

Rankdental will assign one dedicated specialist to your account from the start of your contract. This specialist will be your primary point of contact and will be responsible for all SEO work carried out on your behalf.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the client relationship. This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the contract.

Termination

Client contracts may be terminated in accordance with the notice periods set out in the individual client service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees as specified in that agreement. Rankdental reserves the right to terminate a client agreement immediately if the client breaches these terms or their individual service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Rankdental excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website
• Any loss of business, revenue, profit, data or goodwill
• Any interruption to your business or website rankings caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Any inaccuracies or errors in content published on this website

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rankdental in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
